Shipping Method & Time:

Items will be processed and shipped within 1-3 business days of receiving the order.

USA customers:

All orders shipped to the USA will be provided with a tracking number.
Estimated shipping times: 2-4 days.

All orders US$800 and under are tax and duty free, and will be shipped by USPS first class or priority service from Niagara Falls, USA.

Canadian customers:
Due to COVID-19, you may experience potential delays in the delivery of your orders as carriers have to take greater precautions to ensure the safety of the customers. This is something that we have no direct control over but we are doing the best we can on our end to ensure prompt delivery.

A tracking number may be provided depending on the weight and value of the products.

EU and UK customers:

All orders will be shipped by air to the respective national postal service. In some cases, packages will be first routed to the US, and then shipped through USPS to the respective national postal service.

Others:
All orders are fully insured.
Your satisfaction is our main concern. If you are not satisfied with the products you received, or if they are defective in any way, feel free to issue a return.

We accept requests for returns within 7 days from the date the product is received. The product must be returned to us within 14 days from the date the request is made for your refund to be processed.

All returned products must be in their original condition. We will issue a refund to you as soon as we have received the returned products.

Shipping and insurance fees are not refundable.
